New Jersey F1 track done in 12 months? Uncle Bernie sez "no"

For the third time, Bernie Ecclestone, Formula 1's doddering grampa, more or less coherent from time to time, (and constantly getting loose of his handlers), has said publicly he doesn't think the track's surface will be done in time to be added to the 2013 Calender. Much to the ire of the Mayor of Weehawken N.J., where the race course will be specially built.

Sebastien Vettle along with David Coulthard took members of the media for test drives in matching Infinity G37's on the streets where the circuit will be built. "They still have a lot of work to do", Vettle admitted.
On a recent BBC report, when asked if there will be an F1 race in New Jersey in 2013, Ecclestone said, "No, definitely, no", then curiously added, "if they can be ready in 12 months...(then ok)"
